Wsup Fellas,

I been hip to Penis Enlargement for a minute, but I was never serious or commited. I smack myself in the face for realizing if I had been commited I'd be where I want to be, but anyway just like exercise it's something you must continually do for a while. We don't get what we want my wishing, we get want we want by doing. Life gives us what we fight for, not for what we want ya dig.

Anyway, I've seen different sites and have seen another one with a different work out plan, so I want to know?

1) How many different exercises should you do. Is there one kind of jelq, and stretches that is better than the rest or should you focus on 2-3 like you would your arms, back and chest.

2) How many minutes should you devote? Is 10 enough? or 20?

3) I've seen sites that may kinda go against each other, some saying don't jelq in the shower, some saying do, imo it would make sense not to so you can focus more time and effort, but if you don't live alone like me the shower would be a good time.

4) Anything you guys eat that makes a difference.
I'm hip to the PC exercises as well. Should you do those everyday or is 3-4 times a week good.

Welcome CB, It sounds like you have a great attitude this time around. I'll try to help on your questions. I am sure other will chime in to.

Not really comparable because the penis does not react to exhaustion and the need for rest as the muscles do. It relate on on the level of routine specifics.

10, 20, 30, 60 it really is independent to the user and how he gains. For me it was at least 60 a day (mostly in a split routine, 30 in morning, 30 at night)

I am speaking of the paysite but I also believe the same rings true for the free forum. Many new and innovative exercises have been created right here and most sites borrow from our work.

Training in the shower, for me, would just no be effective. The water would work against my stretch ability while jelqing or any other girth exercise that is dependent on a lubricant would quickly was away.

A god diet is Popeyes Chicken, Red Koolaid, buttermilk biscuits, watermellon and macaroni and cheese. A 40 of Private Stock also helps:)

PC exercises can be done daily and since they can be done anywhere this should not be a time issue as you can multi task. I used do mine on the drive to work but today I do them as I am working on the computer.

This is the right forum. I would suggest you join the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program so you can follow a very organized layout of exercise, progression and routine use and change. The PHASES, as they are called on the site, are set up to progressively advance the user from basic exercise intro advanced through a 5 Phase system.
