new here few issues i have with the newbie routine.

So i mesaured i'm like 5.5 bone with out pressing. not happy with this underneath tho i'm 7.0 i know that is the imporper way to measure.

ok so i am uncircumsized. when i was younger i pulled the skill all the way back it hurt really bad now i can pull it all the way back as an adult no pain. but i still have issues my head looks deformed. my real issue is i can't seem to get a decent grip as the more i push towards the head the extra skin allows my hand to go past the head. i'm unsure if i'm even gripping in the right area. like if i grip right at the head that extra skill either dont allow for good head grip or it slides off the head. when i stretch i grab in the middle as grabbing towards the head just dont feel right or feel like its working due to these issues.

if i have to i can find a camera and upload a few pics?
 
another thing i don't understand is the phases how long each phase should be. i want to use the beiggners routine here. but i also dont understand the squeeze your pc muslce. like how do you do that through the nutsack or the base of the penis how? no videos on anything with out paying?

go for a piss, half way through stop pissing, to stop yourself from pissing you just flexed your pc.

Also its 10 years of knowledge of penis enlargement so yeh, it costs money to have access to a ton of detailed videos, just the world.

ok, when they say squeeze or pinch they mean flex, you'll never grab your pc muscle in any exercise or strecth
 
alright lol i been squeezing my phyiscally i'll stop it hurts!. so the stretching is pretty simple i get that but jeqling is hard for me i tried lubes and vasline my sack starts to do a bat wing effect from middle of my shaft when i jequling and hold at the head the skin gets pushed really forward and after while that sack skin gets pushed up so far that i can't grasp from the base and keep jeqling unless i let all the skin go back into his normal area

is there a video of proper jeqling with auncut guy like my self?
