Warm-up for stretching and another question

Because I probably have a thrombosed vein, that is my first question btw, what is the risk if you continue jelqing with a thrombosed vein? I don't have pain at all, nothing. I think I have continues jelqing like 1-2 weeks from the point I had that tvein..

Second question: if I decide not to jelq, do I still need to warm up and down for stretching?

Thanks in advance.

If you have thrombosis it will continue to get worse if you do girth work. However, you can still stretch.

If the vain is hard, try a warm-up and massage. Don't be afraid to use force with your massages and sort of crush the hardness out. You should take a couple days off until it returns to normal.

Thanks for all the advice. And of course it gets worse, everyone says that. But the big question is: what if it gets worse? Do you have to live with a guitar string in your dick for the rest of your life or will it burst or anything of that kind?

It would most likely become permanent scar and harden. Best to be safe and take off a week from girth work.

First thing is you have to talk to a doctor and get some medication for that. Then, you must avoid jelqs and try the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for girth gains, it safer and more effective.

You will cause worse damage if you ignore it and instead of waiting a a couple weeks for it to heal it could take as little as a couple months.
