That seems kinda interesting, Although it seems like there's some things that can happen to make it ineffective or dangerous as such it says create a vacuum, expand and grip besides the fact that its an air pump it seems that the spring grip is the vacuum module which would be difficult to maintain an erection get this to have enough of a vacuum by pumping it and get it to grip without rubbing yourself raw. Kind of like those finger locking devices, the more you pull the tighter it gets. LIGHTNING created something like this tears ago and nothing came of it. This is of better quality but we still would need to know if it actually works. It is basically a a short cut pluming pipe with a accordion adjustment. Same thing you would use under the sink to make a pipe conform to the length you want.
