My training plan is as follows:
◆ (Five sets per week ) ◆
( Lubrication: Vaseline + a bit water-based lubricant ) (Flip prepuce for training )
I) preparatory work
【Repeat ?5 times?】
Seize Corona of glans and pull it outwards.
Hold ?10 seconds ? and release.
【Repeat ?5times?】
Meantime, soak a towel in hot water (about 70 degrees) until the preparatory warm-up is completed
II) Apply the towel to the penis
【Repeat 5 times】
Wrap the penis for 2 minutes
Warm the towel for about 30 seconds
【Repeat 5 times】
III) Jelq exercises ( semi-erected state ; sit down )
Left thumb and forefinger "OK" gesture, firmly entangle the penis , near the scrotum
Slide from the root to the glans Coronal for about 2 minutes
(Repeat the steps after the left hand is done with right hang)
For the first week: do it with moderate force continuously for ?10 minutes ?
Beginning of the second week: do it with “above moderate” force continuously for ?15 minutes?
After the second week: do it with “above moderate” force continuously for ?20 minutes?
After that , flap the penis up and down for ?30 times? to ensure blood circulation.
IV) PC muscle exercises
For the first week: shrink for ?30 seconds? ,then relax” continuously for ?100 times?
Beginning of the second week: shrink for ?45 seconds? ,then relax” continuously for ?200 times?
After the second week: shrink for ?60 seconds? ,then relax” continuously for ?300 times?
V) Stretching exercises ( relaxed state ; sit down )
Firmly grasp the coronal of glans with one hand
【Repeat ?10 times?】
Stretch the penis towards the front, ceiling, floor, left and right , hold it for one minute
Swirl the penis in circular motion for 10 seconds
【Repeat ?10 times?】
VI) Massage and wrap the penis again with hot towel for a few minutes

Will the Frequency or duration be too long and cause lack of rest?
