Need help with sebaceous glands

So i have this sebaceous glands all around my penis shaft and balls. Some of them are big and some are smaller ones.
My doctor said that they are normal and every man has them, well sure they do but how many of them has those glands visible?
Then i went to plastic surgeon and he said again that they are normal and should not be removed because that. <-- and that was probably one of the most stupidest thing i would wait from mouth of plastic surgeon.
Then i found this website and doctor from uk who do laser treatments for remove fordyce spots and contact him, i send him photo and he said that they are (sebaceous adenomas) part of my lubricant system so he can't do nothing about them.

And what makes it even more embarrassing is that they have start to grow hair. If i'm not shaving them a couple times in a week my penis shaft would be conquered by hair..
I'm 22 and still virgin because of this! I fear that girls are horrified when seeing that dick and i don't think my mental health would handle that! what should i do? Help me guys! i refuse to believe there's nothing i can't do about it.
 
Can we get a picture to better understand this? I did some quick research but no pictures showing the issue.
 
Do you have resulting acne or PPP (Pearly Penile Papules) due to this condition? If so this can definitely be dealt with, let us know.

This looks very normal to me, I think you are worried about something you do not need to worry about.

I have seen a lot of penis's and this is common to most, myself included.
 
I just feel little disturbed because you can see them miles away and i haven't seen this on another man and i've seen many penis too when i was in military. But you know there is probably nothing i can do about them, except taking good care of my hygiene.. so maybe i should just focus on my PE :)
 
Are they visible when flaccid? (assuming the pic wasn't taken flaccid)

How long have you had them? Were they before or after PE? Assuming there is no correlation to PE and you getting them.

Do they disappear and reappear in other places along your shaft? Much like acne, 1 spot can disappear and another one can pop up somewhere else.

The only time I got bumps similar to that was when I do a serious edging session.
Have you went a while w/o masturbating to conclude if that might have an issue?

If they are what you/others are saying they are.
Then you want to look @ things that limit sebum/the inflammation behind sebum/ and can shrink the follicles.

Have you tried any topical creams?
You might look into coconut oil both topically and internally.
I would also research DMSO w/ iodine.

If you go the DMSO route. You would want a after topical to combat skin irritation. Since this can also cause skin problems, that being dry skin.

Seems you haven't had an issue thus far and are only assuming the worst possible outcome.
 
Yeah they are visible but not so noticeable because loose skin.

I've had them as long as i can remember. And i haven't start my PE yet because i need circumcision for too tight foreskin.

They only appear in my shaft and balls. But yh i think some of them disappear and soon new ones appear. Most of them are so close to skin surface that you can squeeze the sebum out of them like acne. But it can leave scar and they come back anyway.

I haven't been w/o masturbating even a week sense i turn 6 years old. I masturbating 2-10 times a day, you think i should try to be w/o masturbating some time?

No i haven't try any cream yet. I will try coconut oil thanks :)
Vitamin A could help too, they use high doses it to cure acne and it will limit sebum production.

DMSO w/ iodine sound interesting too, quick search didn't give me much information about them but maybe i try them after trying coconyt oil and vitamin A.

I guess i just use them as excuse to find something wrong about me. I was bullied at high school and i guess it left some mental marks on me.

I think if there were any adverse skin reactions from your masturbation schedule/rate/techniques, your skin would have adapted by now.

I could be wrong though. If it's a hormonal skin reaction just on your penis, then these don't normally correct themselves unless you changed your diet and somehow corrected hormone homeostasis.

Don't just try coconut oil, research it first before you take mine or anyone else's word for it.

Yeah. In the form of accutane which can cause other ETC side-effect problems.
This is also taken internally, so you would want to go the topical approach since this is more targeted and wont become systemic (throughout your whole body (ie: no negative organ/liver/internal side-effects)).

I would try a form of Vitamin A topically before I did anything internally. Such as Retin-A.

Retin-A can also limit bad effects of DHT/sebum inflammation. You might research DHT relations to what you have (your skin condition as stated by the doctor or other users @ [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]).
If masturbating has anything to do w/ your issue, then it would also be DHT related.
If that's the case. I would look into azelaic acid 10-20%. Azelaic acid is more potent than Retin-A @ inhibiting DHT topically.

Given that DHT is needed and is one of our more potent male hormones, you don't want any DHT inhibition to the point where you get a libido/EQ decrease.

I don't know what phrases you're using to search out the above (DMSO/iodine) in relation to your condition, but they're out there.


DLD says they're PPP (pearly penile papules) and I think I had these before near/on the glans, but they went away.
I also looked @ google images for related pictures and they don't look like what you have.


If all else fails. Just tell the girls that they're love bumps.

I was thinking small amount of Vitamin A (like 10,000iu-20,000iu/day) , not ruaccutan kind of amounts. You probably right that i should try topically first.

You do not have PPP, but even if you did we have a cure for that too:) PPP appears as small, fluid filled bumps of varying size. Diet is always a good place to look for health but I still believe your penis looks quite normal.

I would first do more research into it before I ruled it as being provoked by diet. If it's hormonal, then yes, that would definitely do it.
It wouldn't hurt to change your diet though. I'm not trying to put you in a different direction as you should do this (change diet to a more healthier diet).
I hate saying healthy diet though as there are a LOT of contradictions out there about what you should/shouldn't eat. Even things that are/were deemed as healthy always have some hidden shit to them.
Cron-o-meter is a nice tool to use for the above or any diet in general. It can be costly though (not the program), because knowing what you're lacking in terms of vitamin/minerals/ETC can have you online shopping for shit to buy to fill the void that a diet is lacking.

I will let you be the judge of your own diet.


What I would do is try to find a urology board and post your picture there. You might get a lot of help or you might not. They might just try to refer you to local people or say that's what you should do.
Given that you've been to few doctors and none seem to give you the help you want. You might get more help by just mentioning this.


I don't even want to begin putting you on the path that Vitamin A is your cure, but if you're wanting to try the oral approach, you might try looking @ cod liver oil.
Swanson sells it for fairly cheap and 3 capsules a day would put you @ 7,500iu's and 4 being 10,000iu's.

The "fordyce spots" definitely look like they fit the description. Yeah that's related to the follicle.
Do you remember if the co2 laser was mentioned as a form of hair removal? Seems to be referenced for removing the follicles. Not sure what to say about that.
If the follicle is indeed the problem, then I can see that as being an effective method. I know lasers don't run cheap, so I would probably find the actual cause of why they're there, then go from there.
