Stats: 7.4" BPenis EnlargementL and EG 6.2" currently but want to aim for 8+ Bpel and 6.5+

Maybe maximum would be 9" and 7"

Unfortunately I don't have money to afford both, just one. What would you guys recommend?

Really want to purchase one by the end of the week

Your girth is very close to goal already, I think if you practice the SRT Routine putting focus mainly on length you will see your length goals very quickly and the girth will happen just as quick.

That said I’m not a professional; however, if I could do it over again (with buying products) I would suggest the following:

I would suggest posting a thread in the discount section of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] to see if someone is selling one of the items you want that way perhaps you could get both a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydropump[/words] and an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at a discounted price. Second whether to buy the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] comes down to what you want. Hehe, yea with the discount section you kinda have to be patient or check frequently to see when someone is selling something. I took a good amount of time (like 3 months) deciding if I actually wanted the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] before I bought it and with that amount of time I could have bought it from the discount section. But yea, if you are intent on buying something now, then get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] and then perhaps wait for a cheap pump on here. That way you can get what you really want and don't have to just settle for one thing.

Get yourself a length master first. Get your length goal sorted first. For girth, get yourself a Mityvac penis pump. You can get both from the MOS shop.
