What do you guys think?

- 50 DLD Blasters

- 100 Double Forced Jelq and Bends

- 1 isolation Compression Squeezes

- 3 sets of Toilet Compression Squeezes

When a routine is not working you need to look at a few things. First and foremost, have you used enough intensity and have you done the exercises correctly? This is difficult to convey as without seeing it, it is difficult to know. When I talk about intensity I mean putting a lot of your strength into the exercises. I know for me at first I was scared to pull too hard or squeeze to hard but soon after becoming experienced I learned my threshold and how much my dick really could take. I said before that there is a blurred line between maximum gaining potential and possible injury. It is up to you to slowly progress to this limit. For me, as I may be stronger or weaker than you, I can pull as hard as I can without hurting myself and at the same time making gains. This is exemplified by the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] that allows me to go beyond my strength and add even more strength, again, without hurting myself. The penis is pretty tough and resilient.

If you are still not gaining and you are following the personal, maximum, intensity the question arises, are you doing the exercises correctly? This, in many ways, sounds insulting but it is not meant to be. I have dealt with many men who have been doing their best to gain with little or no results and when I have worked with them it turned out that the exercises were not being done correctly. If this is not you than ignore this advice. If you question your comprehension, if you have not already, join the members site and watch and listen to the video...it may be the determining factor in your understanding and gains. If you have confidently expired these options than a new routine is in order. The routine you have posted is very good (I would suggest a few more sets of compression's but other than that it looks solid.

Lastly, what is your mind state when you think and practice Penis Enlargement? This is just as important as the exercise. If you have doubts or disbelief it may be interfering with your gains. If this be the case, look at some of my threads on mental Penis Enlargement.
