Definitely have a read through it and get back to me but you do not have to do behind the cheeks stretches, that exercise is used when we max out the games we can make with the ligament. Obviously you can stretch your penis up your backside forever and continue to add, All be it slowly, ligament length. I’m pretty sure you can make the gain you need just doing downward stretches.

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
