Need a routine to reach 8x6.

Im 7.25in bpel x 5.5in meg and my current goal is the mythical 8x6. Only issues i have are limited equipment and privacy.

I have a bathmate and a cheap ebay slider extender. However i think a may be able to fashion my extender into a hanger.

I'll do whatever it takes to 8x6 i just need some guidance.
 
Welcome to the brotherhood my friend and thank you for coming out and asking for help. I would suggest what I suggest to most people when their first starting out and I was to go to the newbie routine and follow that for the first 3 to 6 weeks. Many newbie gains can be found in this routine. After about two weeks what I suggest is you switch your girth work over to the SRT girth work in doing the 5×5×3 routine while continuing the newbie stretching routine. After every workout you’ll want to wear your extender at all times possible at a moderate tension to help you heal the length gains you’re making.

After about a month and a half I suggest you switch everything over to the SRT routine and that would mean you would need to pick up two pieces of equipment being the Lengthmaster and the SiliStretcher. From there we can take you anywhere you want to go in size!

Very much so! If you’ve exhausted all new beginnings then I suggest you jump into SRT as soon as possible to keep your growth going. You could also add a device to help you make new games like the Lengthmaster or the SiliStretcher. Let me know what you’re thinking and we can help you put a routine together

Right now the only device i have is a bathmate, and being 19 and currently unemployed i won't be able to purchase any new devices at the moment.

I never really had a structered just stretching for set amounts of time. I seem to gain girth with minimal effort but length gains are so stubborn. So my main concern now is reaching 8in bpel.

Length is your biggest concern? Do you have any girth desires? How much time you have every day?

Yes, for the visual aesthetic. My long term girth goal is 6.5in but short term 6.0in.

I have several hours everyday, the only issue is privacy but im sure i can work around that.

Current: 7.25x5.5
Short term goal: 8x6
Long term goal: 9.0x6.5

Do you have any other equipment or do you have access to purchase any equipment? Let me know so I can either put a routine together that straight manual or I can put a routine together that’s cohesive with the SRT methodology.

I can't afford to purchase any more equipment at the moment. I do have a cheap extender i bought off ebay but its a slider, the kind with nuts that you screw onto the threaded rods. Also i was never able to extend past my bpel and i was told you need to in order to see results. So im oretty much limited to my hands and my bathmate.

Is the cheap stretcher still usable? Do you still have it or have you tossed it away?
 
You can definitely achieve length with your BM. Have you modded it with The VacuVin (Amazon.com: The Original Vacu Vin Wine Saver with 1 Vacuum Stopper - White: Wine Bottle Stoppers: Kitchen & Dining ) yet? If not, it's the best ten-bucks you'll ever spend. Once you have this in your arsenal, you can do some amazing stretches while in the cylinder. I trap my X40 between my thighs (pointing it straight towards the floor) while I do my normal shower duties...this intensely stretches the suspensory ligaments. Expressive stretches are also one of my favorites since you don't have to fuss-around with your grip. Experiment, make it fun...you'll gain some serious length :)

I would keep the stretching section as it is being sure to incorporate bundled stretches and expressive stretches. I would also switch from the Jelq to the SlowSquashJelq. After you’ve completely finished your routine for the day I suggest you put on your extender add a medium tension to hold yourself elongated as you heal. Have a look through that routine and please read through the SRT routine and let me know what you think.

I read over the routine, i only have 1 problem. Due to being a recreational weightlifter that is currently bulking, i have large glutes and can't properly perform the behind the cheek stretches.

Mike (DLD) wrote an essay about the penis is more like a rope than a balloon and in a nutshell, growth occurs in all directions independent of the forces placed against it. Try this exercise...enter your BM with the highest possible EQ and get a strong seal. Once you feel comfortable, pull the cylinder away from your body...you should feel the stretch coming from 'inside' your body (expressive stretching'. You can also trap The BM between your thighs (pointing down), that'll hit your lig's pretty hard.

Definitely have a read through it and get back to me but you do not have to do behind the cheeks stretches, that exercise is used when we max out the games we can make with the ligament. Obviously you can stretch your penis up your backside forever and continue to add, All be it slowly, ligament length. I’m pretty sure you can make the gain you need just doing downward stretches.
