I've read that hypoglycemia stimulates more GHRH (growth hormone stimulating hormone) from the hypothalamus ---> stimulates hGH from the anterior pituitary.

so bascially ...

do you think avoiding sugars / starches as much as possible could help you grow? in more ways than one ;)

short sprints, just watch guys who are sprinters, they first sprint and then go to the gym, all leg exercises are great for hgh!

Don't think so. It may increase the HGH but penis size is controlled by genetics. It's like the same thing when you inject HGH and expect a growth spurt, it might work in some rare cases but normally it doesn't. Don't forget that penis enlargement is a destructive way of deforming the penis, we damage - it is a "controlled damage" - the tissues in our penis to invoke new growth. I might be wrong, but if penis size is controlled by HGH then every tall person would have had a huge penis and every short person a small. Of course we can't generalize this, so unless there is no way to modify particular genes, I think there is no chemical solution for penis enlargement.

Yp i remember a girl telling me when i was in junior high, that small guys have big penises and big ones the reverse,
would like to see some research on penis size and height of a person!
 
LOL now that is hilarious, I also heard this stuff from girls years ago. In the gym where I'm going there is a guy who must be at least 6'8" and even if his dick doesn't look so big compared to his body size, on an average 5'10" guy this would probably go right to the knee when stretched. On the other hand, my brother who is about 6'10" is probably around average or a bit above - haven't asked him though but he doesn't have a bulge like I do from what I can tell :). I am still stuck at 6'3", but even before Penis Enlargement I had a decent average sized penis. See, my point is that body size doesn't have an influence on penis size. I would rather be 6'10" like my brother (I play basketball so I'm fucked at my small 6'3" :( ) and have a smaller cock than being 5'5" with a big cock. Why? Because penis size you can change, body height you can't.

No matter the result, it would definitely hurt people, because there would be a "looser group". Imagine being in the category of the guys who have small dicks according to this kind of research. Your self-esteem would drop like a stone and on the other hand, people would believe they are in a higher status in the community because they belong to the "winner group" with big penises, when in fact they aren't. I don't want to offend you because of your proposal, it may be interesting to know the truth about penis size (lol), but one have to consider the consequences of such a survey and/or the results of it.

If you spend some time reading the research DLD has done here, you'll see that there is no correlation between height (or hand/foot size either) and penis size.

Also, if any of this BS about HGH was true, you'd see pro bodybuilders and strength athletes having dicks hanging below their knees. The Mr. Olympia contest would have to be X-Rated because the competitors wouldn't be able to keep their dicks in the speedos they wear for posing.
 
I think extra HGH for people like us will only help to repair faster which is good, I have been taking arginine before bed. This helps hgh production and NO as well great for errections.
 
This is something I have never tried despite even free supplies from kind members. Maybe this year.
 
HGH grows internal organs and it also grows cancer cells, so unless you are doing heavy duty iron pumping to eliminate them you are actually hurting yourself...

Ofcourse it would be better to have more hgh free in the body, for faster recovery, better sleep, everything does not have to work directly on penis to be good for Penis Enlargement.

I recommend Deadlifts & Squats as the top two exercises for releasing Testosterone/Hgh naturally from one's pituitary gland. Pretty much any compound exercise done with heavy weight is known to work for this pretty good. & remember not to over do it! 3 days a week should be enough for anybody looking to lift weight for natural release of the aforementioned. :)

I heard this years ago when I owned my gym. Has anyone had testing done after some time to see if T levels go up? Very interesting stuff.
 
Im not sure if this will count as testing DLD, but when I went in for my physical before I started hitting the weights really hard my T levels were around 180-190 when blood work was done. Then some 3 years later +15 lbs of muscle and +150 pounds to my squats my T levels registered at 255 when I had my physical done. I don't know about the hgh levels im assuming they go hand in hand but I know for sure my test increased. I think you have to actively push yourself each time your working out though, exercise till you feel like your jello ect... always increase your weight from last time even if its only a pound at a time. As for T levels dropping off in your 20's i think its dependent on the person, im in my 20's but my test is much higher than it was in high-school, but I was also a late bloomer.
