I clamp the base right when iam about to cum than i kegel and with a overhand grab with my left hand squeeze my shaft and with the fingers gradually put pressure on my arterie/vein/cs whatever the underside of the dick is called. When i do this my head gets really expanded and i honestly haven't been able to keep it down now. Don't know if this is a cause from edging but if anybody knows any other exercises to incorporate in with it could u give some insite.
