i was thinking about how i will clear it from customs and the product was already on my doorstep ..lol

guys no rod is going in the first rod what to do ?????
it gets stuck by only one twist and doesnt go inside completely

You need to use the two lock keys that came with your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to assist in tightening the rods. There are two lock keys inside the package you received

On the body of the rods, there is a space where you can place the key and hold it firm and then you place the other key on the rod you added after twisting the rod once, you will use the key to twist it. One key holds the rod beneath and then you use the other key to hold the added rod. Before using the second key to hold the added rod, you will twist the rod once so it can stay in place and then you will hold it with the key and twist it while also holding the other key beneath.
 
but it does not completely go in.... it got a little tight and thats all....the spirals are still visible...
 
lol only the tinniest rod worked properly and went inside the other rod compeletely......why arent the others going in completely inspite of me using the key ??
 
You need to use both keys. You use one of the key to grip the other rod under and hold onto the grip when you are twisting in the other rod with the other key. You need to twist it harder.

Not sure what the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] looks like or how to even set it up, but make sure the threads aren't damaged. You don't want to cross thread it. If you see that there is a damaged thread on that rod, just get a small knife and try to slide it in and out of that thread and attempt to straighten it out if that makes sense.

i thought of the threads first but i was unsing wrong methid...the key had to be used
