So you are saying that if somebody has a 4 inch penis, he can grow upto 11 inches?

That’s exactly what I’m stating LOL it’s not that hard if you really think about it. I started at 6 1/2 inches and I gained 4 inches that’s not so much different than 4 inches to 11 inches. If we lived to be 150 years old I guarantee you I can get my cock to 13 inches LOL the only thing that will limit your gains is your time.

It is possible, but highly unlikely for many reasons.

You would need to train really smart, its not impossible, but unlikely due to such a low start, and such a high end goal.

The mental effort alone would drain 99.99% of those who went for it, but honestly, its not impossible at all, just not entirely realistic due to more psychological, and healing reasons.

Smarter ways to train now, just look @longstretch and @TuffDong

Set yourself small goals, ideally 1/4" for 6 months.

Me personally, dont think it does. Why would it? ligaments can be stretched longer, the sponge-like tissues inside the penis do elongate, and they grow larger with exercise.

Its allot to do with training smart, healing, and even perhaps taking a few supplements.

I used to take allot of desiccated beef liver when I trained, for its health benefits because its a great blood builder, and maybe that helped me when I used to train.

I have three questions and all of them are about girth.....

1. My girth is not uniform. My base is thin, mid shaft is thick, just below the glans is OK and my glans is big. I would like to have a uniform girth of my penis. Suggest me some manual exercise for uniformity.

2. My penis would hurt when I kegel in semi-erect state. But it does not hurt after I SSJ. Would like to know the reason for this.

3. Would like to know whether the speed of jelqing is also a factor for girth increment. Doing regular jelqs of 5-7 seconds does not do a lot, but doing slow and tight jelqs of 10 seconds does make my penis warm and kinda flaccid.

The best thing you can do to increase your base girth is using heavy downward stretching. There are many ways to do this from using your hands to using a device like the Lengthmaster.

I’m not sure about why you’re feeling pain when doing a Kegel but it may just be fatigue. If it’s not severe I would not worry too much about it.

I highly recommend using the SSJ instead of using the Jelq. So much more powerful and no repetitive counting.

+1 on this. My mid-girth is up ¾ of an inch solely from that routine in 7 months. If only my length gains could be the same!

I got the solution.....

The reason I was experiencing pain was because I was forcing myself an erection instead of getting properly aroused. I was masturbating and kegel-ing even when my penis was flaccid. This was making my dick expand from the inside but not from the outside. This was also causing an unnecessary downward bent.
The reason I was not expecting this pain before is because my penis was not as big as it is now. So my dick would become erect quickly and there was no time for my brain to react to the pain.
Anyway, I realised my mistake and now I know what NOT to do.....
I would advise everyone not to do the same mistake that I was doing all this time....

That’s nice you’re awesome and figure it out? I’ve been through so many different methods of peeing that I’ve had to learn to be patient with myself with every device to figure it out.

Also....
I have been putting my dick on a lot of stress.....
When I used to jelq, I used to squeeze it very hard.....
That also caused some wear and tear in my penis.....
So I need to figure out a way too.....
