Accidentally performed ULIs with excess pressure(loudlycrying)
Any compression exercise does not need to be done over over done. Like with the SlowSquashJelq, There so much expansion in the compression that I need to back off a bit. Always be careful with these exercises, they are the most powerful but they can also cause damage it’s not done correctly. So please always search out a video before trying something new.
