I dont wish to come off as short either, but I'm being honest, and not beating about the bushes, going around the houses which can make it more difficult to understand whats being said.
 
Lately I have been observing that my my penis has grown a lot. My length has increased, my girth has improving, my EQ is great, my semen volume is something I can brag about;).
However, my refractory period has worsen:(.
I cannot think of touching my dick after jerking off.
Is this normal?
I have been doing edging everyday. Is it okay to feel like this?
 
Good indications, but remain consistent throughout and don't become distracted, or take your foot off the gas.

A phase will develop, where you'll see growth slow to a halt. This is where most fade to black, become skeptical that it's not permanent, or start altering what they do so dramatically without giving that enough time, and then another change, extra sets, more weight, pressure.

It represents a vicious cycle, that need never to occur, if the member just kept self aware.

I don't wish to be patronizing, but take a look at successful sportsmen and women, how they remain focused, doing what they know, have been training for, and sure they adapt to obstacles, but this is down to what they already had ...the cards already dealt so to speak.

With regards to all the edging, it helps with endurance. Try to be well disciplined and not release one even at the end of such a session.

Release yourself everyother day if you want to, and I don't recommend ever doing so after edging because of the reinforcement it may embed into the subconscious that it's only lasting such a time, and you need to release.

Today when I woke up, I had a partial erection and when I kegel, I kinda hurt.
Is this also normal?
 
Is it like inner tenderness? the equivalent to compare would be a lesser type of a typical muscle strain, like from the bicep. For me, it felt similar.

If so, its fatigue from exercise and quite normal. Try some warm wraps.

I know that not everyone can have a huge dick. Our genes limit the size upto which we can extend our penis. My question is, what indications will my body give to me when I will reach my limit?

Deep question but we can go even deeper by saying there is no limit but time itself. I gained 4 inches in length and 2 inches in girth. I worked hard for this training everyday all day! Gains do slow as you grow but the only limit I can see after 17 years is time itself.
 
As I said time is the only restraint and most have a limited time here so the question would better be posed; How much can I gain in a lifetime.
