My journey from 5.5" to infinity and beyond

I am making this thread for my progress.......

My initial stats were 5.5" x ??(Don't know the girth)

I started my journey since November 2018 and it has been 7 months doing PE and I do not wish to stop anytime soon.

My current routine:
A stretches, Bundled stretches and Mandingo stretches(till the dick becomes slinky)
Basic stretching(in all directions)
Rotary stretches
Jelqing
SSJ
Isolated compression squeezes
Head Expansion
Testicle Health Massage
After all this, i bathe.

Then at night, while I am in bed, I do:
Bundled stretches and Mandingo stretches
Basic stretching
Erect stretches
Bundled erect stretches

I'll be updating this thread regularly:)

INSIGHTS:

1. I stretch flaccid penis whenever I have the time as long as I have the privacy.;)
2. I erect stretch while watching adult entertainment because it gives a good stretch that way.;)
3. I jelq(SSJ only) when I am showering. No more adult entertainment for jelqing. Recently noticed that if I jelq whenever I have the urge of masturbating, it takes away that urge plus I get a good expansion.;)

I have a question regarding my goal in PE.....

How much penis can a vagina take inside?

I am doing PE so that I could have a great sex life. However I also do not want my penis so big that it would hurt my partner. I have seen in adult entertainment that when guys with huge penises penetrate, they do not penetrate their entire penis, Instead, they insert it partially so that it wont hurt the women. I do not want to be so big that I won't be able to enjoy sex with my partner. And I do not want to be small either.

Is huge penis a curse?
 
Take your time, use lots of foreplay and lubrication. Most woman can adjust to the size, but the thicker it gets can become more tricky on some. Especially when entering the 7" region, but it shouldn't stop sex.
 
Todays update.......

Wake up in the morning with a boner and did some erect stretches......
Then later..... Did some more stretching while watching adult entertainment....

Note:- I am not addicted to adult entertainment anymore. I am just going to watch adult entertainment for erect stretches and maybe for jelqing in the future.....

Then did some jelqing exercises..... (man...... that felt good(fire))
After all this, took a shower?.
It does feel good taking a bath after PE. It's like showering after a workout.

Sorry for not updating yesterday. I am gonna make sure it does not happen again.
 
Today, when I was exercising, I realised that my penis is bent downwards......
For a while, I was doing DLD Bends without realising it is used to correct upward bend of the penis (Didn't know it was called DLD Bends. I just clamped the base of my penis and tried to bent it. It felt good so I continued doing it(headbang)(fail).)
Now, when my penis is semi erect, the downward curvature is just ugly:sick:.
Any advice?
 
Todays Update.....

Woke up in the morning with a boner..... so did some erect stretches......
Then later, did some flaccid stretching and jelqing while showering.......
Noticed significant increment in length :)
Will do some flaccid stretching at night before sleeping.........
 
Can anybody help me out with this?

I was jelqing today and didn't feel fatigue........
I have read somewhere that in order to jelq properly, you must jelq to the state of fatigue (like you feel after ejaculation)......
How can I get fatigue while jelqing......?:confused:
Also, I do not see a lot of red spots on my penis......
I think I am not jelqing correctly......(confused)

Sometimes fatigue doesn't set in, especially if your routine has been the same. Your body and penis can get used to certain kind of stimulus, so keep it variable!

Not too many red spots isn't so bad, you don't want those spots turn purple, so always remember to monitor your session. (I've pushed too far at times and ended up with some discoloration, so stay safe.)

I'll let someone else say more about routines.
Considering what you mentioned, I would vary with length oriented work and girth oriented work, as in some days could be more length based and others girth oriented.
You can keep doing a same routine for a good while but when you notice there's no more positive indicators etc., no fatigue for example, it's time to add intensity. In most cases anyway.

If the routine you’re using is working and you’re still making gains it would be silly to switch to another routine. Do you want to stay with your routine until you’ve tapped out all gains. At that point you can take on a more intense routine like SRT. If you’re in sync with this routine stay in sync!
