my girth routine, hope it help's.

alright guys, how are we ? good i hope.

i wanna tell you about my girth routine, as i see a lot of threads on here about wanting girth. i dont think im some kind of girth expert, i know theres blokes on here that know a ton about girth, but my results are quite impressive (even if i do say so my self) and i believe i owe it to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] to share :)

well i started at 4.6 eg. i followed DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for about 4 months and i went to 5-5.25 eg and some good length as well. i was stoked about my gains but was told that gains come fast early on and it would be harder to come by as time went on. i stayed at this size for a few months, then i started doing what i call intense jelques (ill explain them later) and in a month of doing them i went up to 5.75 eg ! this was about a month ago but i kept on doing them and last few days ive had morning wood thats been 6" eg ! condoms used to slip right off my dick, now the large sizes feel snug :) (i also recently started doing dld blasters for my length work and have put on
.25 length)

im not claiming to of invented these, im sure theres a name for them.

the exersise: get as hard as possible. i use adult entertainment. kegle blood into penis, using OK grip grab penis at extreme base. squeeze hard and slowly move hand up shaft forcing blood into the head, reverse kegal as your doing this. your hand may only move half way or 3/4 of way up shaft due to the pressure of the blood in your penis. as soon as your finished one rep (about 2-3 seconds) kegal straight away and grab penis at base again, trapping the blood. (i only use one hand, but i swap every about 10 reps). repeat.

i do these very intensely, sometimes a little blood comes out of my penis. youve been warned.

now im very consistent with my training (6 on, 1 off) and my routine pretty intense. when i first wake up i do the intense jelques for about 40 minutes. i kegle on my way to work (hour and ahalf drive) and before i go to bed at night i do 50 DLD blasters and then about half hour-40 minutes of the intense jelques again. obviously a real newbie shouldnt train like this, but it works for me.
