My girth based workout.....

I'm currently bpel 7.25
eg 4.75

Basically I'm going for girth gaining. I never did pe before for a good amount of time, but know the excersies. I do cardio here and there and I'm thinking of investing is pills/patchs soon.....

5min hot compress
5min stretch
20 min 3 sec. jelqs
5 min kegel
5min hot compress

goal:bpel 8

Sounds like a good starting point. As you progress you may want to step up things with a more powerful girth exercise. I am not sure what level you are at but Slow Squash Jelqs are the ticket to massive girth.
