I appreciate the kind words. In short, I am effectively banned. I guess
Jaz (Lightening), did not put that under my name. But I can no longer see
anything but the main forum and newbie forum, plus some of the junk forums.
Also, I cannot post.

He was afraid I would write something negative about [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] concerning the
merchant account fiasco. Some guys that ordered hangers waited over a month
before he refunded their money. I was pissed. So, he banned me.

Ever heard that before? Someone being banned because he might write
something?

No mix up. Cool and calculated. Jaz even said they had talked about
stealing my patent and making their own hangers, etc. Many guys said when

actually care about the guys. They have proven this to me beyond a shadow
of a doubt.

I do not know if you are familiar with the post wars with Thunders, but one

this.

Whatever you write, be prepared to get kicked out.

I wouldn't care if I got banned over disputing/discussing something over a forum. That's what a forum is about! My blood just boils from the thought that they would have the nerve to do something like this. I'm not a fan of thunder's either for the same type of behaviour that I'm recently seeing at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. I liked [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] because of friendship and respect that I saw there, and this just doesn't make sense.

Yes, they always put forth that they were there for the guys. I think, for
many reasons, that has been blown out of the water.

Bib wasn't Banned. He was just returned from a SuperModerator to a Registered user. Why? Read Below...

Everyone knows our merchant Account got red flagged and there were some Bib orders pending during this. When I say Red Flagged, this means every couple months the merchant account wants to verify that your shipping product out to customers and they ask us for tracking #s to match up with transaction #s. While this process is happening, they still process orders but they do not release funds until everything matches up.

This has happened a few times in the past and I use to pay Bib out of My pocket to get the orders out until the funds got released. This time, I was trying to resolve this merchant Situation ASAP and then our second merchant account got Red Flagged as well and then also my personal Pay Pal account got limited all around the same time.

So now I have no choice but to refund the Customers for the Bib orders. So at this point, I asked Bib what I should do and he said to email customers and ask if they want to wait any longer or get refunded (at this point Bib seemed pretty cool with everything that was happening). So the next day I emailed the customers and one replied that was very upset. So that's when Bib got upset and told us to Shut down the Bibhangers Site. I respect the fact that Bib really Cares about his customers feelings to the degree he is willing to cut everything off over one complaint.

So I shut the Bib hangers site down at his request and refunded all the customers money back. I also emailed them all an apology letter as well.

So the next Day Bib forwards me an email of a conversation he had between a customer and himself, and forgot to edit out part of the email I wasn't suppose to See. Well the last part of the email was slandering [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] and I did not like what he said, so I emailed him back and we got into a big conversation.

So at this point I told Bib he should offer his support at Penis Enlargement forums since he was not happy with the ethnics of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words]. Then coincidentally, the same day someone posts this http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showpost.php?p=202613&postcount=5

Which is pretty much the same feelings he expressed to me in his emails.

So I checked the IP of bigdreamsattack and come to find out Bib has the same IP. Moderators can check this out to confirm. Now is this a coincidence? I highly doubt it. I also cross referenced bigdreamsattack email address to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] orders and there was no order ever placed by him.

So I made Bib a guest until the heat settled down, but he is still able to post.

So that pretty Much sums it up.

I also want to add, for 2 Weeks while DLD was in the hospital, I had to Run [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] by myself which entails allot of work beyond belief. From answering PMs, emails, Phone calls, and Dealing with Posts Like "DLD Died in the Hospital" or "MoS is under Investigation".

To Making power Assists, Mailing out Orders and trying to match tracking #'s up with transaction #'s so our merchant account can get back to good standing, faxing paperwork to Pay Pal, and tons of corresponding emails.

Its a big job and on top of all this, Bib wanted me to deal with his customers too and I did, maybe not in the timely fashion he would of liked, but I did my best

I well know about these problems with the CC companies, and it is a pain. The problem came in how the situation was handled.

The problem is, you waited almost ONE MONTH to do anything. You cannot leave guys hanging like that, not knowing the status of their orders. I did not know anything about the orders, until such time as you let me know. Therefore, when guys have already become upset, that is the first I know about it.

No, I meant for you to see the entire email. If you believed I was not upset before that point, you are mistaken. When I sent the email entitled, "shut it down", I was very upset. I wanted you to see exactly how I felt, and where I was coming from, in that forwarded email.

I believe everyone within the Penis Enlargement world knows me. They also probably know I would not care enough to make a new identity, in order to make a statement. When I want to say something, good or bad, I just say it, damn the consequences. i.e., the problems at Thunders. Why would I care to change my identity?

I can understand that, and sympathize. However, that does not remove your responsibilities. If you needed to hire help, you should have. You cannot leave guys hanging in the wind, not knowing the status of their orders, wondering if they have been ripped off. I do not wish to be associated with that frame of mind.

That is just it, they were not MY customers, until such time as you sent me their orders. I knew NOTHING about any of this, your situation, or the status of the orders, for over ONE MONTH. I do not know what orders actually go through to completion.

Further, if I were to attempt to email someone, what could I tell them? I had, and still have, no direct knowledge. You were the only person in the world that had that knowledge. Further, how could I know WHEN the orders would be processed? Anything I wrote them may or may not have been the truth.

Further, I sent out three extremely old orders, without ever getting funding. They have still not been funded.

There is nothing that can happen in life that cannot be straightened out by simply being honest. Shit happens. That is life. It is how you act and react to "the shit" that makes the difference.

Most people probably know the problems of merchants and credit card processing. It is a huge pain. But as long as you keep people informed, let them know what is happening, it can be OK.

When you realized you were in a bind, you should have immediately emailed the customers, and given them the choice of refund, or wait. If anything is not resolved within one week, this should be done. You cannot wait one month. You must keep your priorities straight. The guys should always come first.

We Sold XXX Big Hangers so far with this merchant account with no issues till now.

Having gone through two Paypal fiascos, I understand completely the situation. No fun. Highly irritating.

I would say email them, let them know the situation, and that you have not received their payments from the CC companies. Give them your best guess as to when the situation will be resolved. Then, let them decide. I would say the answer will depend on the amount of time.

Hence, even if BIB did have problems with this site, it does not give you permission to 'effectively ban' him, nor is it ground for revoking his 'mod' status. You have hurt [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] greatly with doing that. Wayyy more damage than any bad opinion, bib's or not, could ever do to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].


Secondly, I strongly commend BIB's attitude and his sense of urgency when people's money is at stake. With the numerous online frauds that you hear about everyday, it is very easy for a person to get anxious about a $150+ order that they place and haven't heard about for a month after the day of purchase. Bib's attitude and sense of urgency can only help [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], and even though your situation can be understood and sympathised with, bib's criticism of you're failure to contact the customers is well placed and constructive.


As we can all see this is a big misunderstanding, and we all would like to see a formal appology directed to BIB, and his 'super moderator' status reinstated. We can only hope, that after these two actions are taken, that BIB will still come to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and offer us his guidance.

Once Again, Bib Was never Banned. He is Still posting here as you can see and has answered some other threads earlier. However he was returned to a Registered User Status.

First, I was effectively banned, not matter how you wish to term it. Your last couple of emails to me made this extremely clear. Be honest.

This just gets more and more interesting. I went back through the emails, and developed a chronology.

You STILL do not get it! The oldest order at that time was made on 12/14! You did NOT email the customers, to find out their wishes, until January 11! There is the problem.

When your account was red flagged, the oldest order was already 8 days old, on 12/22! Then, you say nothing for weeks. No emails from you. I find out about the merchant account by reading a post in the main forum, on 1/4! Then you write the customers on 1/11! How is this good? It does not matter that I "wait(ed) a month." What matters is what the customers were going through.

So on 12/27, you send me confirmation of 7 orders, with a promise of an ACH transfer. Nothing about the red flag. All is well, or not. So no ACH comes, and still has not come. But I send out the three oldest orders anyway, because they are two weeks old. At least one of those guys is very pissed.

On 1/8, new merchant account set up, with another promise of an ACH.

On 1/11, another promise of an ACH.

On 1/13, you finally emal the customers with the news. Another promise of an ACH. Plus the report of four new orders.

So, on 1/13, guys have gone for weeks with no knowledge. I email you to "shut it down."

In January, I begin getting emails about orders, guys very concerned. Further, new orders are still coming in, building up. With these set of facts, what am I supposed to think?

Once again, shit happens. If everyone is kept informed, the problems are contained. Also, if guys have options, wait or get refunded, there is no problem. Not saying anything is NOT an option.

Even out of bad situations, good can come. I do not think you are a bad guy. I think you got caught up in the problems, were overworked, worried, and things snowballed on you. Then, you simply made some bad decisions. Everyone does at some point in time. I surely have.

In politics, rarely is the sin the problem. It is the coverup that kills. Not that I think you tried to coverup anything. It is not a perfect analogy. But not keeping guys fully informed was a bad bad thing. Your post above is a good and healthy thing.

I just Want to clearify that the reason I didn't Mention the Merchant account freezing up to you right away was because I was going to cover the orders for the meantime like I have done in the past. This was until I found out Pay Pal limited my personal account. There was no reason at that time to alarm you or anyone else for that matter.

We both Know, I usually held bib orders for a week to send you a batch at the Same time and made sure the Credit Card transactions settled. I guess the Dec 14th order was one of the unlucky ones.

For the amount of volume we move here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words], you very rarely see a person complaining about not receiving a product. As of today, the merchant account is still verifying our transactions and I am still floating all the orders out of my pocket until they release the funds.

This is such a lie. Back in September, when I ordered that hyped-up Massive Gains Package, I didn't receive my order until early November, despite NUMEROUS UNANSWERED emails to the very address you listed. Maybe you didn't receive emails because they were bouncing back? How come you didn't PM me or Post In the thread about Members having Login Issues? OK, I perfectly understand that shit happens, but your customer service needs serious work. It wasn't so much the fact that my package arrived two months later, it was the way I was LEFT HANGING. This is the EXACT thing that Bib was getting on you for, and I have to say I agree...business ethics mean a whole lot to some people. I don't need "15 minutes of fame" as you so arrogantly put it, but what I do NEED is to be treated like a valued customer. Thank you.

Time for my two-cents: In my time here, GoldMember has never been anything aside from helpful. His posts have been insightful, and any 'non-pe' comments he may have made were at least tactful and honest, rather than spiteful and aserbic like so many of the members on this board like to use. What's more, he is far from being a 'Post Whore' like many people are. He is cool headed and certainly not the backstabing kind of person the above quote makes him out to be. I'd have expected more decorum, especially from a Mod.

That's all I really have to say about that. And on a less random note: VK, I'm glad to see that you didn't get banned for starting this thread, glad and surprised.
