I began my PE journey in Feb of this year. Starting briefly with the JP90 routine for a week, which I found too intense, especially the amount of jelqs. Transitioned to Big Al's coaching in March after leaving off in Feb.
I have changed various routines based on my progress and conditioning. I started at around 14.8-15 cm BPEL in March & now am currently 15.8 cm - this includes a 1 month unscheduled break between 15th June and 15th July due to some personal stuff. To give everyone an idea where I started off at and what routines I did, I am mentioning the details below :
14th Feb to 28th Feb - Edging, Erect Kegels [Start BPEL 14.8-15cm End BPEL 15cm] (Start BPFSL approx 15.25cm End BPFSL 16cm, MEG 11.9cm)
5th Mar to 15th Apr - Jelq, Oriental Massage, Edging, Erect Kegels [Start BPEL 15cm End BPEL 15.25cm] (Start BPFSL 16cm End BPFSL 16.25cm, MEG 11.9cm)
23rd Apr - 17th Jun - Squeezes, Side 2 Side Stretches, Erect Kegels, Edging [Start BPEL 15.25cm End BPEL 15.5cm] (Start BPFSL 16.35cm End BPFSL 16.5cm, MEG 11.75cm)
15th Jul - Present - Squeezes, Tension Stretches, 5 way stretches, Edging, Erect Kegels [Measured 31st July after long break BPEL 15.8cm] (Measured 31st July after long break BPFSL 16.8cm, MEG 12.05cm)
Now to scrutinize my routine. Since im being coached by Big Al, he believes in taking things slow and slowly progressing to more vigorous routines (which I agree with). Therefore it was only right until end April that my length work actually got slightly challenging. Prior to that my total stretch times were no more than 2-3 mins per day and more or less relaxed. Once I began with the side 2 side stretches in End April, I can say that about after 1 week I progressed to more challenging length work which lasted around 7-8 mins which was around 500 side 2 side stretches. By the time I finished with my last routine on the 17th of June (before my 1 month break) I was doing around 800 or so Side 2 side stretches lasting around 12 mins or so approx (still under 15 mins stretch time).
I also noticed I made some errors in measurement in the beginning in the way I measured and consistency with positioning of scale when measuring. Still not 100% sure that all measurements especially earlier ones are accurate, in time hopefully as I gain more, my routine efficacy will be established. Since im just starting off (around 4 months in) I have a long way to go in regards to routines, devices etc. Going to go manual till I need to switch to devices and will exert force but not too much so as to unnecessarily toughen my penis hindering future gains.
I will start posting my routines over here as well to help others along the way and keep them motivated. My measurement stats per month end mentioned in attached image file.
