Thank you! I have been on thunder for the last year and they encourage a progress thread. I haven't found that here yet. Is that a forum cultural difference? I'm digging this one for sure though!

We have the same one here, established since 2004. It's to gather all posts relevant to each brother's needs under one location, rather than scattering the answer across the forum. It's not a cultural difference, but it's an encouragement to have a self-reflection on the journey by providing the self-pacing, self-discipline, and self-evaluation. We also provide encouragement, data evaluation, and routine reassessment along the way to optimize the PE routines.

Yes, just simply start a new thread and start to catalog your information. This is a very smart idea because it gives you so much information about what you're doing.And how it's working.
