right myself believe in both doing more the better and doing less and rest more.
If you look at the women who stretch their necks and people who stretch their lips and ears they apply pressure constantly for weeks on end to stretch it out with no rest. So can this be applyed the same way to stretching the penis out but like insted of just doing 2-3 sets of hanging a day do as much as possible through out the week with no rest.

But then i see it in another light (bodybuilding) which i do and have done for years now train a specific body part one day and then let it rest for 48-72 hours before training it again can this be applyed to the penis train it one day with alot of intensity and then rest for a day and then repeat again the day after.

I have read alot of people gaining from both ways! but i feel more inclined to do more the better, i would love to here from the vet's to here their side of this story? sorry if this has been covered millions of times.

Just like bodybuilding... Time Under Tension (TUT) is the key. You can gain both ways but you have to understand that the body has limits and if you choose to go the way of 'more', then you have to limit the intensity. If you choose to go the 'less" route, then you can increase intensity and get good results.

In bodybuilding, you can't train a bodypart at full intensity every day or you'll burn out. The higher the intensity, the more rest time you will need. Hope this helps...

You neglect to realize those neck stretchers end up HAVING to keep the rings on for support otherwise the weight of their head would actually snap the weakened neck.


I believe in 24 hour rest periods and thus will attempt to test this with my new routine in about (2-3 weeks when I finish classes).

Their necks are weaker but they can take the rings off. I've seen the longnecks without their rings. Pretty freaky looking IMO. Anyway I don't think you need to worry about snapping your crank unless you've got a 10 pound glans.:O

That being said I do agree with you on rest periods. Not cause I want to but because my dick needs it. I wish I had a train all day DLD dick. I can't train more than 4 days a week or I'm too week and flacid for girth work.

Those women with the long necks don't really have stretched necks, the tension they apply actually pushes down their collarbones and shoulders, their necks are really normal in length. Saw it on Ripley's Believe It or Not when they removed the rings from a girl.

It's a combination. The shoulders get pushed down and the neck stretches. Their necks are not normal in length. Ripley's is nice but I've seen it in person. Their necks truly are stretched. Their shoulders get pressed down from larger heavier rings and the neck stretches from the other rings.

But is more better??? These women wear the rings 24/7. They start at about 5 years old too.
 
When I first started I did more days but less time.

Now I do more intensity of 20 to 30 mins but less days. 2-3 days a week.


I have seen spurts after taking a week off. So I guess it depends.

I'm 4 months in and have gained a little more than 3/4 of an inch in length and half inch in girth.
1 inch isnt far off.

I have a feeling though that the newbie gains may have come and gone. It seems I am gaining about a 1/32nd a week.

i am just over the 3/4 so its gonna take me about two months to reach the one inch gain.
