Hey guys, I have been Penis Enlargementing for about 2 years and have been a member on this site for about 1 1/2 years. I have made some great gains of 1 1/2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth. I am wanting to get back to basics and see if I can't gain more by starting a new routine. I love the basic stretching routine but have a question about it. It says "3 sets of each stretch" does that mean that I stretch between the cheeks to the right, straight, and to the left and then do them all again for 2 more sets? Or does it mean do them for one set and then move to the other angle stretches for a total of 15 sets (because there is fifteen stretches)? For example: stretch straight down to the right 3x40sec., stretch straight down 3x40sec., stretch straight down to the left 3x40sec, then move on to straight out at all angles and rotary for 12 sets, ect.....ect....ect...? I guess what I am asking is it 15 sets all together or 45 sets? Thanks for any help.
 
you have to do 3 sets of each stretch. Search around the forums and you will find many routines for you to chose. If you have pe'd for more then 6 months I recommend you go on to a more advanced routine. Possibly incorporating a device and edging and dld blasters. Look throug hthe site you'll see what I mean.
