Haven't posted much progress here, but the work has been consistent. Not as much LM and BM sessions as I would like overall, but today was an exception. I am feeling great about the work put in today:
Warmup:
Hang/Stretch:
- Rice sock heated in microwave for 75 seconds - applied to groin area for 10 minutes hot
- Bundled manual stretches (5 minutes)
Repeated the above list over a 2 hour period while doing stuff around the house.
- 75% erect weighted hang w/ cockring (15 Minutes)
- SSJ's x 2
- "Mid-shaft Squeeze" x2 (this is probably called something - I grab under the glans with one OK grip and at my base with another OK grip and squeeze them together, bulging my mid to lower shaft)
LM session:
- Various bundled stretches, 30 second holds. Total Time = 10 minutes
- Bow and Arrow stretches w/ PA ring - 5 each side
Bathmate session followed that:
Repeated the above 3x for approx 30 minutes TUL.
Kept the cockring on for about 1/2 hour after the BM session.

If you mess up don’t get down on yourself just set your standards higher and keep on going. Until you have the Phallosan use uncle Jim’s wrap to keep you elongated. It’s not the best method but it does help heal. Make the cock ring a bit tighter but not to the point that you’re cutting off circulation. Do you want it snug enough to keep you pumped for a few hours. There’s nothing wrong with taking it off getting some SlowSquashJelqs in and putting it back on to achieve even more healing.I feel the benefits mentally already - it’s a challenge and my mind enjoys challenges. I also feel more in control of my life.

PA Bow and Arrow stretches - 1 minute a stretch x 6 = 6 minutes
Manual Mandingo Stretches - 1 minute a side x10 = 10 minutes
Warmup (heated sock)
LM Bundled session - 2.5 minutes a stretch x 6 = 15 minutes
Hang with 2 lbs for 1 hour(Xsleeve)
Total Active Stretching Time = 32 minutes

Sometimes I feel it necessary to post a setback. No PE for the last 36 hours. Drinking and lack of sleep have put the brakes on. I plan to change that tomorrow AM with a pre-job session ( LM + BM). I am in the weeds - but moving back on course....
