Added something new tonight - not sure how much sense it makes, but it felt damn good and got me on a tear to do a major session tonight. (Picture of hang time below)

I decided to combine SSJ's, a cockring, and hanging 1.5lbs in intervals. I am sure this has been done countless times, and has a name, but here's the rundown:

>>Rice sock warmup.

>>Manual stretches.

>>SSJ x 3, 60 seconds each

>>Get 75% Erect

>>Cockring on

>>Hang with 1.5lbs Xsleeve at 75% erect for 15 minutes, doing Kegel sets every 3 minutes or so.

Repeat 3 times.

Later tonight is a LM session + Bathmate/SSJ session.

Tomorrow is a rest day for sure!

Good overall session tonight. I got in some hanging, bundled LM stretches, SSJ's and some of my "moderate balloon hangs" (75% erect, cockring, 1.5lbs for 15-20 minute reps, SSJ's in-between).

I was determined to get in a 5/5/5 bathmate session as well, but for some reason I could not get suction tonight. It might be my excessive hair build-up+fat pad - I need to shave down and get a clean surface for the gaitor to grip onto.

Anyway, I pivoted to another round of SSJ's (never enough!), and just threw on the cockring and the weight for one more final stretch before bed.

I plan to measure again after Christmas - probably Jan/Feb.

Way to go! Keeping the pump clean is so important to getting a good seal. I suggest taking the valve out once a week cleaning everything and put it back together. This type of maintenance will keep The Bathmate and perfect operating condition. The Bathmate is a good investment in that investment should be taken care of. I have never needed a second pump, I still have the original Goliath. Also I’m happy that you took the tips on keeping that bush trimmed this will also keep a steady vacuum. And for last I am so happy you are using the SSJ in the spirit of SRT. I’m very proud of you!

  • "Mid-shaft Squeeze" x2 (this is probably called something - I grab under the glans with one OK grip and at my base with another OK grip and squeeze them together, bulging my mid to lower shaft)
Repeated the above list over a 2 hour period while doing stuff around the house.

LM session:

  • Various bundled stretches, 30 second holds. Total Time = 10 minutes
  • Bow and Arrow stretches w/ PA ring - 5 each side

Bathmate session followed that:

  • Jelq x200
  • Fully errect w/ cockring BM 5 mins
  • SSJ x2
  • Mid-Shaft Squeeze x2
Repeated the above 3x for approx 30 minutes TUL.

Kept the cockring on for about 1/2 hour after the BM session.

I have also decided to go "NOFAP" for the near future. I have become addicted to adult entertainment, jerking off 3-4 times a day. I need a major change. So I am noting that here. Right now I am married but not having sex with my wife (for various reasons, none related to my PE protocol or performance). So that means I will be essentially celibate. Not sure how I feel about that, but I am going to give it a try for a few weeks...

Awesome routine it looks like you really did your research and came up with a pretty perfect plan. I really like the idea but you’re not going to masturbate, I’m not sure why but I respected as I am too doing the same thing. If you mess up don’t get down on yourself just set your standards higher and keep on going. I mess up happens once in a while and if we hold ourselves to much in the negative space we can destroy any progress we made in the past. So what I say is for today no masturbation in tomorrow, let it take care of itself

Yes, my routine is shaping up. I am hoping to be fortunate enough to be able to add a Phallosan into the mix soon for some SRT passive work during the day.

How can I add passive girth work daily? I feel like a cock ring after a girth session or even a few SSJ’s only gets me about a half hour. Maybe I am doing something wrong or need a tighter ring. Thx...

2 lb weighted Xsleeve hang - 3 hours until BM/SSJ girth session later tonight before bed

Until you have the Phallosan use uncle Jim’s wrap to keep you elongated. It’s not the best method but it does help heal. Make the cock ring a bit tighter but not to the point that you’re cutting off circulation. Do you want it snug enough to keep you pumped for a few hours. There’s nothing wrong with taking it off getting some SlowSquashJelqs in and putting it back on to achieve even more healing.

Bundled stretching is important before girth and length routines. When I first came out with bundled stretching it was mainly about length gains. As time went on I started to notice that when I bundled my penis I was able to take on more temporary length and girth. So I quickly saw that bundled stretching was very important to prestretch in the Tunica, the biggest enemy of making gains. This exercise sat on the shelf since 2002 and then it became popular again when I started the SRT routine. Yoday it’s become a staple to do bundled stretching before girth and length workouts.

I filled my x30 in width fully for the entire 3rd round! This is a first for me to be THAT PRESSED against the tube for a full 3 minutes!

Testament to the knowledge gained here - I'll continue to tweak as I learn.

Girth will be mine....

Everything looks really good to me so I think you’re going to have great success. Just keep up that incredible attitude because it’s very motivating and inspiring. This will be a great gift in your PE.

BM 5/5/4 session w/ SSJ's in between sets (cockring on @ 95% erect entering, wine vac mod)

NEW:

Fleshlight STU - 10 minutes w/ cockring on, stopping as necessary.

I am starting to work on my premature ejaculation - planning to ramp up the FL sessions to 20 minutes eventually at a fast pace.

The wife goes away for 4 days next week, so I am planning another "PE Party" accordingly (like)

You kicked some serious ass! Keep up the good work so we can see a huge increase in size when you measure! I love your enthusiasm also, it is so important to be inspired and motivated in what you’re doing, if you lack these things you were lack in gains. Sometimes I feel it necessary to post a setback. No PE for the last 36 hours. Drinking and lack of sleep have put the brakes on. I plan to change that tomorrow AM with a pre-job session ( LM + BM). I am in the weeds - but moving back on course....

@DLD - Yep...thanks, brother. I am going easy on myself realizing I have had a draining few days. If I can get some stretching and/or BM in tonight, great. If not, I do know that tomorrow I will have time to do both. I'll report back with some session notes when it kicks back in.

Or do it double it up and do both each session.

Do the Lengthmaster workout first then do your girth work. If you do girth before length do you have a difficult time stretching. If you wanted to you could do 2 length sessions every other day and do girth sessions every other day.

I love that you’re doing power assist stretches and you’re using your Lengthmaster as you should, this is taking advantage of the whole ball of wax! People forget how powerful the fulcrum exercises are with the power assist option. I think splitting your days up as you have said is going to benefit you more than hurt you, it’s always wise to do this if you’re rushing through a routine. If you need to rush them go every other day so you don’t have to rush.
 
@DLD it is funny you say that as I was just browsing the LM forum and going through all the different stretches in the LM manual and thinking “I have to expand my PA work!” - and the videos in the media section right now are excellent...very helpful to get those positions and leverage just right. The power assist portion of my length routine is my favorite.

I will be posting my new routine shortly which will be a 5/2 training schedule.

It helps me to make it concrete. It drifts too easily without structure....
 
Looking forward to your routine! Yes the videos are super cool and I’m so glad we kept every video over the years because it gives us a great library of hundreds of exercises, routines and different tools being used.

Did about 6 of the power assist stretches ( fulcrum, side fulcrum, “air guitar”, bow and arrow, etc)...went through the videos in the media section and expanded my toolbox!

Total time: 30 minutes

Finished up with 200 jelqs leading into a 10 minute edgeing session w/ cocking on and jojoba+peppermint oil.

Is good to combine jelqing with slow squash jelq

Not really. SlowSquashJelq eshould be plenty. The SSJ is a close ended exercise, meaning blood is trapped from the top and the bottom of the penis and the compression of this causes great expansion. The jelq, on the other hand, is an open ended exercise where much of the blood can be lost stroke to stroke. With the SSJ there is no loss of blood. So skip the jelq and stick with the SSJ and if you have a Bathmate definitely use the 5×5×3 Bathmate routine in SRT, nothing packs on girth faster!

The SSJ will cover all of that as long as one hand is deeply rooted at the base of the penis while the other hand is gripping at the corona, or just below the head. You’ll see very quickly that girth is perfectly distributed across the entire shaft. And you’ll make gains twice as fast using the SSJ. And like I say to everybody the only thing that’s better than this is the Bathmate/SSJ work out called the 5×5×3 found in SRT. This routine gives users temporary gains of over an inch in some cases. And girth is all about making temporary expansion become permanent, another thing that’s taught in SRT.
 
Back to work as of tonight- been experiencing some personal and spiritual growth as of late that has me re-activated. Looking forward to reconnecting with the brothers here. I eased into it tonight with a mixed L/G routine. I will focus primarily on length for the next 3-6 months with some BM/SSJ work in the mix just because I like it so much and it motivates me!
