Man, my PC muscle is WEAK!

I just staryed Phase 1 last night and it was great...but man, I've never done a regular set routine of kegels in my life and I was weak as hell...I could barely get through a set of 100. Anyone else have a really weak PC muscle? how long till I get stronger if I do 100 a day?
 
Sweet Jesus! Maybe someday I'll be up to that, but right now, man, I gotta struggle to infish 100! The weird thing is that when I jack off, I can usually coordinate the flexing of my PC muscle with the ejaculation spazms and can shoot it out with a decent force...I wonder whey 100 kegels are so hard for me?
 
If you have a desk job, try doing a few small sets at work to supplement your routine. I would just recommend varying it up a good bit too. Holding for a longer duration, doing high reps with little hold, etc.

Admittedly, I'm new to all of this, but I thought that was a sign of strength. Well, not so much strength, as I've always heard you can work the PC muscle by stopping mid-urination, but I thought this was desirable. :confused:
 
Thats what I meant penguin, I just worded it poorly. My intended meaning was something along the lines of if you can't stop it then its really weak. Sorry for the confusion.

Being your first time in doing Kegel, you obviously over did it. You had a fatigue but you shouldn't worry about it. Try to start with 50 Kegels daily before progressing further.

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
