wouldnt it make sense for you to keep the blood flowing in your penis a while after stretching so that the blood can help keep the new gains and not loose what you worked so hard for?
 
I used to jelq after stretching. Nowadays, I pump after hanging! Same concept, only now using "extreme" exercises.

You can also wear a tight cockring for 30 mins or so if you're sitting down. If you stand up the rest of the day, you might be able to wear the same "tight" cockring for hours!

Exactly. Even after you make the gains you desire it is a good idea to keep a minimal Penis Enlargement program going. This will ensure and cement gains but mostly it should be done for penile health.
