I have been doing manual stretching five days a week for about 3 months now. I do 10 min warmup, 15 min stretching in five directions (50 seconds stretches) and 10 warm down. I have gained a little bit of length. About 0.3 inches. I don'r really need to gain more length right now but i don't want to lose my length. Also i want to gain some girth.
So if i would do 5 min stretching and 10 min jelqing, 10 min warmup before and after, would it be enough to gain about 0.3 inches in girth and to keep my current gains? For how many months do i have to keep stretching to keep my gains? Also how long will it take to gain 0.3 inches in girth?
