LOT theory - something is not right

I have been doing the downward stretch (straight down) of the ligaments (grip right behind the glans and stretch down with full
intensity and hold for at least 1 minute) and it FELT to be the most effective stretch (the one which I felt the most
from those which I am performing).

HOWEVER......

Today I have read about LOT theory and suprisingly enough my LOT point (the point where I do not feel the 'Tug Back'
toward my groin when stretching and doing KEGEL) is 6:00-7:00.
Next, I have read:
'When LOT is 6:00-7:00: potential gains from low hanging and stretching is low enough to
ignore ligament stretching. Focus should be placed on stretching the tunica by high angle stretching and hanging.'

It would indicate that I should not perform my favourite stretch which is straight down (which are aimed at ligaments)?
Anyway, for me, downward stretch seems to feel right.

BUT AGAIN

Should I focus on high angle stretching (focused on tunica) which is straight out and upwards
and stop doing (?) strainht down stretches which are aiming on ligament stretching?
Am I doing 'something' wrong ?

If your purpose is to gain length by stretching your tunica, then any stretch which actually stretches your tunice effectively...should be effective-whatever angle performed. If straight down stretches your tunica, then by all means stretch straight down.

Mostly what the LOT proposes is that once a certain "exit-angle" is reached targeting growth via ligament stretch is no longer really effective.

...so if my LOT is somewhere between 6:00 and 7:00 (6:00 to be exact) in short it means that my ligaments by default are
low or longer which indicates that my ligaments are not good for stretching (with fast results at least) and the focus should be placed on the tunica instead, right?
