Well i have changed my rountine a little..:
Day 1
Warm Up Heat Pack
Hanging 20mins (was doing 8lb-3.6Kg) Today going to try (11lb-5kg) mmm
5min Bundle to the Right (2 Turns) SD - Straight Down
5min Bundle to the Left (2 Turns) SD - Straight Down
5min Bundle to the Right (2 Turns) SO - Straight Out
5min Bundle to the Left (2 Turns) SO - Straight Out
5min Roll Up SU - Straight up
25 Cranks Straight Out..
* When i do my SO i use the door handle with the rope and lean back very good stretch..
600 Wet Jelqs

Kegals - 100quick - 50 (5 sec holds 2 sec rest) - Hold 1 minute
Day 2

Then i go back to the Day 1 routine...and alternate day 1 and day 2....
Thats it today my Ligaments is sore and the surrounding areas are sore...
Wrapping
Use Theraband then use a no slip matting that you use for inside cultery draws cut to size 20inches hahahaha.. and then i use a tube bandage over it..this is good...
I think my penis is starting to get used to it now not as sore in the gland still goes very blue but ths ok..
NOTE
1.My personal experience is tht i like the hanging before the workout i have tried the other way and find this is best...
2. DLD the piece of material that is screwed into the hanging attachment came off last night the nuts!!!! seem to come loose or was tht my own ???? seriously they feel out i screwed them back in but one is not tightening..will keep an eye on it..otherwise everything good..
3. Owe tried to put the rope on the hook behind the bathroom door last nite while i was doing my SU stretches and i broke it ooooopppppps...

P.S. I have one enquiry if anyone can answer...now that my penis is getting larger i am hitting my girlfriends Cervix alot and as we all knw it is ok for a littel while but when i am going hard for hours !!!!! it hurts her i use other techniques to not go so deep but we both would like to go deep everytime..she is doing pelvic floor exercises to combat it..has anyone out there got any suggestions apart from chopping my penis off a little..mmmm BAD suggestion tht one...
