Workout

8 sets of 20 sec holds with 5 sec rest in between

Cooldown

25 clamps



I noticed that at my 7 and 8th set my pc muscle was shaking from exhaustion. Now I will take a recover break and I will return to the protocol when I feel fully recovered.

Hold as long as possible without shaking except the PC muscle.
I held for 16 sec before my arms and legs started to shake.

8 sets of 20 secs with 5-10 sec breaks even if shake.

I was shaking for most of the time. I feel weaker somehow. I will take more recovery time.

Hold for 10 secs. 7 times.

300 clamps


Jelqing

1 min strech each direction, along with 20 mins of jelqing.
 
This Saturday, I'm going to make the BEST FREEKING WORKOUT EVER to built incredible muscle. Watch out for it. You don't want to lose out on some inches or strength.
