little red spots on the top of my glands, from jelqing?

Hi, I have red spots on my glands that I think are from jelqing.
There is also one black one. Does anyone know anything about
these kind of spots related to jelqing. I do 400 jelqs almost each
morning but the other day I woke up with the red spots.
Any feedback will be welcome, thanks.

It's normal.
I would suggest you stop exercising at all until those spots subside completely. After that, go back to your routine but start slowly, maybe even doing just a set of 50 jelqs, and then gradually build up, adding 10 more jelqs each day, or, in case you notice the spots appear again, add 10 more jelqs each week.
It takes some time for your penis to get accostumed to the excess of blood pressure inside the vessels.
If you notice the spots don't subside, or that they start to look nastier, then it's time to start worrying.
Jelqing is an awesome exercise, but I always stress the importance of listening to one's body. If it hurts, stop! If it gives you spots, stop or bring it down a notch! If it looks or feels unpleasent, use common sense!

Thanks for your reply,
The spots are fading away though I can still see the black one a little. I didn't jelq today and i will take tomorrow off too.
Then I will start out slow and work back up too 400 a day. I knew it was related to jelqing but was not sure how. It's good
to know these things before hand but life is a learning process. See you on the forum.:)

No problem. :)
By the way, it can also happen with stretching. I've had that problem before.
But the same principle applies: use common sense and listen to your body.

Enjoy your PE. :)
