Life Style of a PE'r

Hey guys,

Yet again i am quite interested in what the Penis Enlargement'rs do in order to maintain their gains, their attention to what type of nutritions and excercises.

Other than kegals , i love my session of Edging followed by kegalling till ur penis blows up ,giving vascularity a new meaning. But other than that, what are the foods i should be taking to make sure i have a fresh supply of oxygen to the groin region , what foods specialize in making more blood etc, producing nitrious oxides etc. What excercises are need to boost up testosterone levels etc. and what are the goals i should look forward to as an estimate.

Yeah pretty lame questions but i would be grateful if anyone took their time to answer.

Dude, hello man...
As for maintaining gains... A maintenance routine of a few dozen jelqs and a few minutes of stretchin is well enough.
As for nutricion, you will find that there are no foods directly targeted at a specific area of the body as the nutrients are distributed throughout the entire body and used as needed, stored when needed and work the whole body.
It is a good idea ( FACT ) to take multi-vitamins/mineral 1 a day, also good idea to take some anti-oxidants like vit. E, eat plenty of vegetables, tomatos, and a lot of water intake is also diuretic so that is very good.
As for NOX ( nitric oxides ), there are plenty of bodybuilding suplements for that, just go on the GNC or whatever and buy a cheap one cause they're all the same ingredient. Don't pay the label mate, pay the ingredient.
As for testosterone booster exercises:
Heavy dead-lifts; Bench-presses; Squats and Hack-squats. Go for the old school basics and go heavy with good form or it's injury city for you. Those will boost your test A LOT trust me. Don't forget, allways warm-up thoroughly, keep it simple and full ROM ( range of motion ) and use good form, intensity, feel the muscle working, go heavier when you get to eight reps on your own then increase weight again for six reps until you do eight and increse again, so on , so on ...

Hope this helps.

Peace

Mike

i doubt all that is necessary. the foods and shit i mean. matter fact i dont think it helps in gaining, then again thats just my opinion. like the other dude said, just pull on your dick man, itll grow

Wow Mike, you have really created a big plan here:D No need...maintaining gains is simple, just believe they are her to stay and that we are the reality. We always want to make things so complicated, it makes us think the conclusion is right when really, the simplicity has always been the answer.

Out of all the people who respond to threads here, you by far are the most knowledgeable but your only flaw is that of complications. You already know the answers, just keep them simplicity and allow them to flow from you intelligent mind.

I know that the theory beyond our basic knowledge is attractive but avoid that trap, tell them what you already know and avoid the belief that we need to be more complicated then our reality.

i.e. : KISS = Keep It Simple, Stupid! Not saying that anyone one here is 'stupid' , just that sometimes the most 'simple' way is the right way :)

I just eat healthy, take vitamins, and try to get enough water. I don't think you need to worry too much about eating enough, because there isn't nearly as much tissue to repair as in bodybuilding. Well maybe Mandingo has to worry about that when he Penis Enlargement's :O

Simplicity is necessary in order to properly convey any idea

Thanks man, i apreciate the compliments but there is one thing i MUST say about this:

I was merely answering to ALL the questions the dude asked and he asked a lot in one thread. I do not think there is any need whatsoever just to maintain gains but the guy wanted to know some other stuff like what kind of foods would target the fat pad, what exercises would boost his natural testosterone and stuff so i just tryed to cover it all in one go. Yes it should be kept as simple as possible i agree with that too but since he asked...

Anyway i should have been a bit more clear on the topic at hand which is maintaining gains and i should have pointed him in that direction.

My bad, just trying to help my fellows here.

Peace

Mike
