Tunica gains mostly come from upward stretching so, yes does produce Tunica gains if you stretch in that style. I think girth work should be done with length as part of a complete routine but I like to keep them in separate sessions, am for length and pm for girth, this helps me focus more on the particular exercises I am doing and prevents me from rushing. yes and yes. although hanging btc may be tough.
