Main goals is Length.. any more girth and i'll have trouble putting it in, my girl don't like any more girth...

I read it somewhere that stretching combine with jelqing will help in lengths (not just stretching alone).

Is it true, you gain more length when Jelqing at soft penis then semi-erected?

If your goal is length then you should stick with length exercises. Here is a longer version of the Phase 1 stretching routine, you could use this for your manual routine.

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Anyway, one last question, after you do a warm-down (finished)... can you continue do a little stretch here and there or should i stop completely and let my penis rest??? if I masterbate (not cuming) letting blood run through it constantly, will it help in lengths?
