With this exercise you will want to do some decent wrapping as it is intense. I follow the HANGING TUTORIAL for wrapping but some guys have been suggesting FEDORS'S METHOD for wrapping.
Once wrapping is good connect the BUNDLE ATTACHydromaxENT to your penis about 1/4" below the head. Now, in a sitting position stretch your penis straight out and then start to roll backwards while still stretching forward. I like to roll forward and also backward (or under).
I think this can be done as a routine or part of another routine. If you will be doing this exclusively I suggest a good 20-30 minutes of stretching.
This same exercise can be done upward or downward. I will be making a video soon but for know here is an illustration.
