That one's from Rocky III. So would listening to music, watching a movie, or watching TV hinder you reaching your goals. If it is better to do it in silence with visualizing being able to stretch to enormous levels I will do it like that, but if you think music would be alright during the exercises please let me know. I probably wouldn't watch TV or a movie, but would be interested if music can help me get more out of my sessions. In life in general I find that music really gets me going, in regard to all other aspects of my life.
