I've been pe'ing for about 2 years now and I've made an observation about girth and length work. I reached my length goal about 6 months ago so I really wanted to work the girth hard and I pretty much quit doing length exercises. Well guess what...I was barely gaining anything girth wise and getting very frustrated. So I decided to add length work in again... and wouldn't you know it my girth was starting to come along as i worked length. I'm not sure I understand this but I think working on length, even if your not trying to gain a whole lot, keeps the tunica and blood vessels pliable for girth gains. Has anyone else noticed this?
