Learning more about the LOT theory

So, turns out I've done a little reading into the LOT theory, and if it holds true, then I've learned I have a relatively low lot, of around 6-7, or at least, thats about when the visual tug back stops when I kegel. Now, according to the LOT theory, those with a higher lot, 9-10, made more gains through some form of stretching, I've forgotten what. But, since I'm in the lower end of the LOT category, or so I think if I read correctly, then what should I do for stretches that would bring length gains? I'm up to just about anything, save for tying a string to my dick and then the other end of the string to a door to yank the internal penis out.

Tips, pointers, rants, raves, blasphemies, all appreciated. ;)

Why do you say that? I'm just curious why, as I'm still pretty new to Penis Enlargement, relatively speaking in understanding everything. I mean, I have been here for almost a year now, but still.
 
I'm not a fan of the LOT but only because I feel it can cloud peoples minds in a field already made complicated enough. I feel if you stretch regularly enough and with enough focus, determination and intensity you will gain no matter what the LOT says, albeit that being said I will listen to anyone who would like to answer this thread. It wouldn't harm you to try it out and see how it works for you and if it does than GREAT you have gained! My LOT also happens to be 6.
