I think that you guys who long period don't have any gains,that you should take care of how you are doing the exercise.You should relax at first,than you should catch a good position and to feel the tunica or ligaments.In streching you should strech hard,if you streching hard you will gain,but not only hard you must FEEL where is the bottom line.Light streches don't make erect lenth gains.Just take a good hot shower,i think that you should do warm-up only on your penis,not on your balls(it is very unhealthy for your balls)15 min hot.Before ligament streching i think it is good idea to joging because after joging your penis is very relax,if you are jerking off before Pe'ing your penis will be tired.This is better way also and for your hole body.
