What area of the penis does the LAS stretch target? I get the feeling it targets the base and seems to be stretching the skin.
Do you think it is pulling the internal penis out?
 
Some internal penis but it really focuses heavy on the ligaments. It is also one of teh best ways to increase flaccid size.

I am finding my self LAS stretching around 3 hrs a day. Will the flacid gains turn into erect gains?

I did LAS for about the same time on light days an up to 7 hours on heavy days. I made a lot of my flaccid gains this way but to answer your question, I also made and secured erect gains. How much I am not sure as it was part of my entire routine. I guess it all comes come down to stretching as long and often as possible, if i am not stretching i should be thinking why am i not stretching right now!
