Does anyone know how I can get a good PC workout?

I'm doing 100 quick kegels, then about 50 2 seconds on, 2 off, then 50 5 seconds on, 5 seconds off, then some 10 second ones.

I also ended last night with 3 3 minute holds, and then a 3 minute plus hold.

I'm positive I have the right muscle, but I don't feel like I'm getting a good workout from this. Any Ideas?
 
Add in a set or three of ladders, but don't do to much to fast you can over do and make you erection worse, start off light and build into a major workout.

sounds good to me, if you feel you can do more than do so.
 
Does it make a difference whether I do these erect or flaccid? I usually do them flaccid because it's easier. (easier meaning more time efficient)

I think I might just try adding a towel and doing them erect or something.

ya try the towel, makes it more intense.

I've noticed more of a flex when erect, but I'm not sure if that's just because my penis moves when I do it. I'll try the towel tonight and see how it goes.
 
Keep with what you are doing, it is a good workout. Even though you may not feel fatigue you are still getting the benefits.
 
So with classes back in session, I've been doing a lot of kegels. I'll do them for the length of my classes for a full day, then I'll go a little lighter the next day, the hard the next day, etc...

I've been doing 5 second squeezes with a slow release for 2, then again. I do those for the first half of class, and then I hold them for as long as I can for the second half.

I only have 2 hour-long classes for most days, so I'm not really pushing myself too far. The good news is that my erections have been crazy hard, and I've noticed more flaccid hang.

I was just worried that I'm not working it out enough.

Fatigue happens sometimes and not others, the true measure of effectiveness of exercise is through the ruler.

First, while looking at an analog clock, I'll wait for the a new minute. Then, I kegel every 5 seconds, releasing only slightly when it hits the 5 second mark. Then I continue this for the next 5 seconds, using each number on the clock as a guide. p

After doing 5 second squeezes, I do 10 seconds, then 15, then 30, and then 3 1-minute holds.

Excellent workout.

Don't worry, eventually the muscles will become able to hold for a long time.
 
Yeah, I didn't really have to work this muscle up much because I've been inadvertently kegeling through my youth.

Strange that I just used, "my youth", and I'm only 20.

Just kegeling in your spare time is more than enough. I do them when I drive, when I'm in class, when I'm at work, and especially when I do Penis Enlargement.
