Does anyone know how I can get a good PC workout?
I'm doing 100 quick kegels, then about 50 2 seconds on, 2 off, then 50 5 seconds on, 5 seconds off, then some 10 second ones.
I also ended last night with 3 3 minute holds, and then a 3 minute plus hold.
I'm positive I have the right muscle, but I don't feel like I'm getting a good workout from this. Any Ideas?
