just started hanging and clamping. gimme ur thoughts, hints, and suggestions

Daily routine:

Mon, Wed, Fri
5:50 a.m.
Warm up- warm-hot towel(5 min)
Manual stretches-30 seconds (left, right, up,down, behind the cheeks)
Snake hanger-2 20 minute sessions
Hot shower

5:50 a.m.
Tue, Thur, Sat
Warm-up hot towel(5 min)
3 10 minute sets of clamping
Hot shower
20 minute jelqs before sleep

Sun
Manual stretches(left, right, up, down, behind the cheeks) 3 sets

Sounds liek a good, manageable routine. Very well thought out and I think it will work great. Looking forward to your progress!

I'll give u progress details.

I made a snake hanger. My started size was 6 ". I'm a little under 7 now. I started pe-ING about 2 months ago. And been hanging for about 3 weeks. I'll measure in about a week. But I started with 2.5 pounds now I'm up to seven. I increase the weight every week. I kegal throughout the day. So my eq is stiff as fuck.
 
Nice gains for only two months! I would suggest to not do heavy girth work while shooting for length (especially while hanging), just for the reasons bib mentions in his thread. But it seems that you're doing everything correct since you're gaining pretty well, so keep on doing what you're doing :).
