Kittie the issue is not who is feeding the fire, but your pattern of behavior on the forum. Your misuse of your MOD status and your general reactions to people's posts that may not agree with your own opinons or thoughts on a certain matter. I think you do a fine job in general but these instances of dramatics do put you in an unflattering light and make you appear to be unreasonable and immature. YOU can remedy this by being slower to act/post and think things through a bit before you attack or badger a member with threats of locking a thread. That's really it on the whole as far as I can tell. Am I wrong?

look I have been here I joined a while ago and I got "BANNED" by kittie but I Forgave her and now we get along. I'm not trying to cop out of her guilt if there is any true I don't know the whole story but I know since i've joined I haven't seen her be mean and you guys need to forgive her. Give her another chance. Plus it's an online forum taking it seriously you can hurt yourself. If anyone has a complaint with how [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is run or if a mod is not acting in a respectful manner and doing what they should than report it to dld and lightning, either via pm or e-mail and also in the top right of the posts on every thread along the red bar above the members name you will see the post number i.e this is post #34 and next to that scales and a red triangle with a black line running through it. To report a thread CLICK THE TRIANGLE and fill in the details. Thats how you should deal with complaints and use your anger assertively instead of makeing threads like this which cause more drama and make the site more childish. If ANYONE has a problem with a post that someone has commented in than PLEASE report it and dont use the anger negatively and make threads and get others stirred up into a frenzy but I can understand why the thread was made and I aint saying members are wrong for doing that but if you have a problem like I said we have a REPORT POST tab, so please use it and issues like this can be dealt with quick and resolved with speed instead of brewing.

First, Kittie was always a pretty sensitive girl and sometimes took things the wrong way. I know a few of you have had your disputes with her. Otherwise, I think she was a good mod and I'm a little sad to see her go. From reading the mod forums, I can tell you she put an effort into keeping things in order around here.
Second, some of you guys were a little hard on her and certainly provoked her. To condemn her for posting the thread with the term "hotties" in the title is ridiculous. She was by far the most active female here, long before becoming a mod. If you're one of the only women within a community, one could consider you a "hottie" by default if nothing else. Clearly it was meant just to be a fun post. You may have the right to express the opinions expressed, but it doesn't mean it was wise to do so. The group of us men could collectively be at a gathering with say about 10 girls and if we started dogging on some of them, we would soon be viewed as assholes by all of them. Women expect to be treated a little better than some of the remarks that were made. I think some of the guys would have been wise to keep their opinions to themselves and just knowing how most women react to such remarks about their appearance, no one could possibly have expected her to be anything but pissed off.
