Exactley. The Gop can start and pass any pork filled bill they want. Some examples were the de-regulation of industries, the oil and energy bill, and the new precription medicare bill.
Bush's spending is irresponsible. He's a fiscal liberal, but a social conservative. But only to tap into his key democraphic. He's a sell out. Just a tool. He's treats the Treasury like a credit card, and he'll spend every last dime of the taxpayer money to buy votes and spend money to make people happy.
