Jelquing erect.

So what's the controversy with this exercise?

Some say that you have to do it 100% erect, other said that you have to do it semi-erect,
so what's the final word on this?

I'd say the higher erection level you jelq at, the more it will effect girth. Id say the ideal erection percentage is somewhere around 60%. I can't see how people can actually jelq below 60%. I really don't see any harm in jelqing erect, just as you're not new to this, take it easy and don't overdue it-you don't want a thrombosed vein!
 
My 2 cents ... it's difficult to properly jelq at 100% unless using a mechanical aid. The shaft is too hard and too engorged.

What's called slow squash jelqs (if I'm getting their meaning right) can be done -- very very carefully -- at or near 100%. I'd always called them 'erect bends'.

And for normal-ish jelquing performed at 100% one can use a backwards-held canning jar lifter, or custom (small) 'rolling pins' to provide a material, shape, and mechanical advantage of leverage capable of deforming a shaft engorged to 100%.

++ Kal-el, ... be careful. Going at 100% takes some getting used to, for both adaptation and for technique.

Yep, you're right. I gained .5 inches in girth in 3 months jelqing from 90-100% erect. I'd just pop in a adult entertainment and start jelqing. I agree the shaft is too hard and engorged, that's why one must be careful not to overdue it when jelqing 100% erect. I already got a thrombosed vein from doing 1300 erect jelqs in a sitting. Never again.
 
From personal opinion 100% is better because more blood can get to the head.I like doing the Penis Enlargement where your fully erect and you push blood into the head from the base and hold it,I can really feel it.I have also seen an increase in girth when doing these exercises
 
I get the opposite effect there...

If 100% erect , ... it seems the chambers are so blasted full that they've shut themselves off.

I get way better (exercise induced over-)filling of the head at like 60% to 80%.

I added more than one inch to my girth,and I'm still gaining, and I NEVER jelqued at more than 50 % erect. To each his own, I guess.
