I find it more convienint for me to jelq only with one hand, is a jelq with both hands a must? when I jelq with 2 hands, the skin tends to interfer and go over the head, so I hold the base of the shaft, and jelq strongly with one hand. is that effective? I file the blood rush, when im doing it.
 
Thanks for replying to this I have also been wondering about jelqing with one hand.

So do you count 2 jelqs as one rep then?

So is 2 hand jelqing then just a quicker way of jelqing? I thought keeping the non-jelqing hand tight below the head at the end of the jelq was a way to get better retention of the blood and expansion. Is this not accurate?
 
When jelqing it is important to keep as much blood in your penis as possible. Using one hand would not be as efficient as two hands as when one stroke is done the next starts eliminating too much blood loss.
 
For an effective Jelq session; it must be done with two hand to keep the blood trapped in your unit.
If you are not able to Jelq with two hand then Jelq with one hand but it won't be as effective.
One stroke with left hand and one stroke with right hand counts as one rep.
If you are looking to increase the head then hold the first hand grip when you start the second hand.

I understand, thanks DLD, I guess i'd have to loose weight then, this cursed belly, is what get in the way anyhow, I guess ill have to relay at first on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] & [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to do the trick, altough I know I must incorporate the manual excercise.
