Is this technique good for endshaft/glans gains?

Has anyone tried this one or is there a name for it yet?

Make ULIs till the glans is at it maximum size. Then while sustaining the grip press with the palm of your other hand on the glans. when the glans gets soft repeat.
This gives me a streching sensation near the top and in the glans.
