thanks for the input guys. I have a few problems with long rountines. First I tend to look at them as a daily chore rather than something I want to do. Also my hands tire after a while and even though I still have the right mindset to do the exercises with the most intensity I can I'm just not able to do it. I think I'm goin to condense my routine into the following...
6min - modified footlong(I use my other arm b/c I get a better stretch that way)
6 min -

5 min - v-stretch (as close to the base as possible)
5 min - a-stretch
all stretches are for 1 min with the exception of the v-stretch b/c I cant hold it that long. I stretch everyday.
Now for girth...
warm up hot cloth about 3-5 min (this is something I've always neglected due to how much of a pain in the ass it is but I'm starting to think extremely important)
10 min- jelqing with about 2-3 minutes of various squeezes in between
10 min- clamped (no exercises yet - comming of injury)
10min - jelq with about 2-3 minutes of various squeezes in between
hot wrap for 3-5 min to finish up
Let me know what you guys think. So far this seems to be doin good only now if I could just stop getting semi's during stretching I could knock off about 20 minutes. rofl
