I'm thinking about downsizing my routine to about 15 min on length and 30 min on girth. Length everyday and girth for 2-3 days then a rest day. I've been a bit of a hard gainer so far. I understand that I can't get a real answer to this question but I could you a lot of insightfull opinions on this. Do you guys think this routine is long enough?
 
I did lengthy routines with moderate intensity and it didn't help me much. I then cut down on time but increased the intensity of my repititions. That works great for me.
 
ive been Penis Enlargementing for about a month and i have gained 0.25 inches in length and girth from working high intensity for about 30-45 mins a day
 
A routine can be 10 hours long but without the intensity it will be fruitless. A 20 minute routine that focuses on intensity and good form will produce size. Some guys just don't have the time to invest hours into pe but they still gain with a quick routine and I think it is because of the intensity.
 
Honestly, most guys do see results using appreviated programs....but it again comes down to the individual. I know that I have gained majority of my length using higher intensity, but now I'm hanging for a greater period of time than I could stretch with my hands and it is making a difference in perceived gains as well as FSL. My girth work I've done variations from hour + to only about 15-30 minutes, and I know that the shorter program is best for me, but at the same time the longer program helped change the pace. So it's all individual, but try different approaches and see what works best.

thanks for the input guys. I have a few problems with long rountines. First I tend to look at them as a daily chore rather than something I want to do. Also my hands tire after a while and even though I still have the right mindset to do the exercises with the most intensity I can I'm just not able to do it. I think I'm goin to condense my routine into the following...
6min - modified footlong(I use my other arm b/c I get a better stretch that way)
6 min - btc
5 min - v-stretch (as close to the base as possible)
5 min - a-stretch
all stretches are for 1 min with the exception of the v-stretch b/c I cant hold it that long. I stretch everyday.
Now for girth...
warm up hot cloth about 3-5 min (this is something I've always neglected due to how much of a pain in the ass it is but I'm starting to think extremely important)
10 min- jelqing with about 2-3 minutes of various squeezes in between
10 min- clamped (no exercises yet - comming of injury)
10min - jelq with about 2-3 minutes of various squeezes in between
hot wrap for 3-5 min to finish up
Let me know what you guys think. So far this seems to be doin good only now if I could just stop getting semi's during stretching I could knock off about 20 minutes. rofl
 
I'm hoping to gain about 2 inches in length and 1 in girth in about a years time. I know that sounds like a bit much and if you new my pe history it would sound like even more to ask. Reason is I'm goin off to in a year and want to retire (temperarially), and focus on my studies. Plus it wouldn't hurt to have a massive dick considering all the scattered ass in college. Bottom line is something has to change b/c my gains have been inconsistant and not enough to reach my goal. Any suggestions with this. Sorry I know its a bit of a broad question.

I hate warming up too. I can only ever be bothered to do it for a couple of minutes. I understand why a warm-up may be effective, but I am young and fit so I probably have quite a high blood flow anyway. Anyone know just how important a warm-up is?
 
well, you could look into hanging and manuals as a combination for your lenght. Girth you should try using a c-ring as this causes mild constriction and aids in maximum expansion if you're not "on" as much. I've been suing the Expressive Stretching and Hanging in combinaton and I get fatigued rather easily after just a few sets, and I'm still a bit sore right now from Sunday.....it may also be in your interest that you look into an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], either the vimax or the chance for length. If you want to reach your goals in a years time you should utilize different approaches and maximize the time you have. That is exactly what I'm doing currently, as I don't want to be doing this much longer....
